Our church picnic is on June 7, 2026 immediately following the service and we would love your help to make it a fun and welcoming event for everyone! There are many ways to help — before, during, and after the picnic — and we would be grateful for any time you can share.

• Volunteer opportunities include:
  Set up
  Grilling and serving food
  Welcoming and helping guests
  Clean up after the event
  Whether you can help for a short time or the whole event, your support makes a big difference and helps create a joyful day of connection for our church community.

Join the Outreach Team at the Church Picnic for an All-Church Service Project
This year at the church picnic, we invite everyone — all ages are welcome — to help assemble “Go Bags” for our neighbors served by Joyce Uptown Food Shelf. These bags will provide quick, easy-to-eat items for individuals and families who may be experiencing food insecurity or housing instability.

Together we will pack bags with items such as:

• Granola bars
• Beef jerky
• Ramen cups
• Bottled water
• Shelf-stable milk
• Fruit leather
• And other convenient snack items

Come lend a hand, share in the fun, and help us spread care and compassion to our neighbors through Joyce Uptown Food Shelf!
