Addressing Vital Needs

Your faithful support of the 2025 operating budget will cover ministry program expenses, staffing, building maintenance, and utilities (with rising costs just like your household). The building is in constant use by the church, and community. With more people comes more maintenance, cleaning, and refreshing needed.
 
SUPPORTING OUR SPOTLIGHT MINISTRY: EVERY MEAL
Through Every Meal, Lake Harriet United Methodist provides weekend meals for 40 students in need from Lyndale Elementary School. The cost per child is $368 for the 2024-2025 school year. Lake Harriet is committed to giving $12,600 to this special cause. A dedicated pledge from you of $31.00 a month will help feed hungry children in our community. 
 
Lake Harriet plans ministry based on the financial pledges of its members and attenders. Some members tithe, committing ten percent of their income to the work and missions of our church. Others give proportionally by committing a certain percentage. Still, others give as they are able. What is most important is that everyone supports in the form of a financial pledge. We ask that you prayerfully consider how you might contribute.
