Your faithful support of the 2026 operating budget covers ministry programs, staffing, building maintenance, and utilities—costs that rise just like in your own household. Your generosity helps maintain our sanctuary as a welcoming place of worship, our preschool a place of learning and joy, and our building a hub for theater rehearsals, community meetings, and neighborhood gatherings. This busy space is a tool for ministry, and with growth comes new needs—including adding a facilities staff member to ensure repairs, cleaning, and room set-up are cared for with excellence.

Our spotlight ministry this year is the Joyce Uptown Foodshelf. In 2025 Joyce will distribute over 1,000,000 pounds of food, serving more than 6,000 people each year. Joyce runs on a lean budget thanks to the more than 200+ volunteers who make this important work happen each month. With rising food costs and the reduction in federal grants, generosity from our church will make a big difference! Please consider making a monthly pledge for the food shelf of $25 or more.
Can’t give financially? Joyce always needs volunteers. Another need is for paper bags and egg cartons which may be dropped off at church.
